Make a Referral

There are many ways to access TADTas services.

TADTas accepts referrals for our services from:

• Allied Health Professionals
• GPs
• My Aged CareService Coordinators from aged care and disability support organisations
• Local Coordinators and Planners
• Anyone who directly or indirectly cares for an older person or a person with disabilities.

Here are some examples:

My Aged Care can organise an assessment of your needs and make a referral to TADTas.

People who currently have a Home Care Package (HCP) can speak to their Service Coordinator about using their HCP funds for TADTas services.

People with disability can use their funding through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to access TADTas services.
